You can access the survey by logging into the authorized user zone. You can do that by clicking the ‘Login’ button on the top right corner of the website. The username is your email address and the password has been sent to your email during registration.

If you lost your password you can use the password recovery function by going to the ‘Login’ zone ant clicking the ‘Forgot password?’ button. A link that will allow you to create a new password will be automatically sent to the email that was used for your registration. You can always change the password once you are logged into your profile.

Always use the email that was used for your registration and where you received your login details. If you forgot your password, please use the ‘Forgot password?’ recovery function in the login zone.
